Photographing falls hasn't really been my cup of tea. Anything that involved a tripod, which meant having to configure the camera using my elementary technical skills, had always been too much to handle. This is also why I never learned how to use filters—which any good photographer would say was CRITICAL to taking shots such as THIS one.
It did feel bad to know, while I was standing in the middle of the rocks and icy water, that filters could have done a fantastic job, if only I had learned how to use them. As it is, this is the best I managed.
